Family shoots can be hectic but they’re always so rewarding, for both the photographer and the family. While I love shooting on location and in the studio, there’s something so special about capturing a family in their own home. Getting to see the way a couple moves around their space, the way they’ve decorated their child’s room; it just adds a whole other element of personality to the shoot. And of course, getting to capture some of a newborn’s first moments of life? Who could ask for more?
