Local elopement coverage starts at $1000 for up to three hours of photography and up to 20 people. It’s perfect for courthouse ceremonies, backyard vows, or small, intimate celebrations that focus on what truly matters, just the two of you.
DESINATION WEDDINGS
You bring the love, we’ll bring the cameras, the passports and THE VIBES!
Our Destination Elopement Experience starts at $7500, and everything you could ever need is included: two full days of photography coverage, all final edited images, film photography options, content creation, and a second photographer for complete storytelling.
We’re not just there to take photos, we’re there to go with you. To hike with you up the cliffs of Ireland, to watch the sun rise in the desert, to pop champagne under waterfalls, and to capture every wild, emotional, can’t-believe-this-is-our-life moment along the way.
From your first inquiry, we’ll walk beside you through every step of planning and help you choose dream locations, perfect timing, and all the little details that make your day uniquely yours.

Once you’ve inquired, we’ll set up a quick video call to meet face to face and talk all about your day; your love story, your vision, and the details that make it yours. It’s our favorite part of the process, because that’s where the connection begins.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK
…that’s when the true fun starts. You’ll receive our Seventh Arrow Studio Wedding Planning Guide, filled with timeline tips, photo inspiration, and insights from real Buffalo and destination weddings we’ve captured over the years.
Because we started as wedding planners before becoming full-time photographers, organization is in our DNA. About two months before your wedding, you’ll receive an emailed Seventh Arrow Studio itinerary questionnaire, our signature planning tool and one of the things we’re best known for.
It includes over 100 thoughtful questions designed to help us learn every single detail of your day, from vendor contacts and lighting preferences to family photo lists and special moments you don’t want missed. We’ve built this process to make planning stress-free, and our family-list-making system is known for keeping the formal photo time calm, organized, and genuinely enjoyable.
Throughout your engagement, you’ll have access to planning sessions with us anytime, from casual check-ins where we can talk through ideas, review your itinerary, or adjust your photo timeline.
As your day gets closer, we’ll schedule a final planning call one to two weeks before the wedding to confirm every detail, finalize the schedule, and make sure everyone knows exactly where to be and when.
From that first call to your final gallery, our goal is to make this experience effortless, intentional, and full of connection because your story deserves to be told with heart and care every step of the way.

Every wedding package includes an engagement session because connection is everything. Take us to your favorite spot — the café where you met, the trail you always walk, or that perfect little place that just feels like you — and we’ll create photos you’ll want to hold on to forever.
These sessions are a chance for us to get to know each other before your big day. So when we show up on your wedding morning, it doesn’t feel like strangers with cameras — it feels like friends who already know your story.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a link to schedule your engagement session right away — no back and forth, just an easy, stress-free way to plan your session when it fits your schedule.
