There is a non-refundable retainer to reserve the date and hold the time slot that is booked.
If an illness or situation prevents the photo session from happening, the client can reschedule one time at least 48 hours prior without penalty.
The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, unfavorable weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If this is the case without penalty or will credit your next session. (does not apply to mini sessions)
